Thai Yoga
Thai Yoga is a continuous flow of movement from one position to the next working 'with' gravity, using the breath to help facilitate timing so allowing time for the body to sink and relax into maximum stretch with no holding, working mainly on the floor. A harmony of breath and meditative movement.
Both athlete and housewife describe it 'like no other style' in the way it realeases and opens especially the hip flexors, pelvic area, lower back and achilles tendon.
Helps:
- Inflexibility throughout body
- Lower back problems
- Knee and ankle pain
- Stiff necks
- Poor blood circulation
- Over toned bodies
- Headaches
- Anxiety and stress
- Loss of twisting action
And much more.
