

Cardio Callanetics
Cardio Callanetics is an energizing rhythmic workout that integrates ballet and yoga into a fluid and continuous low impact session. Consistent with the principles of The Callanetics Method developed by Callan Pinckney over twenty years ago, Cardio Callanetics represents a non-traditional approach to aerobics. By using larger and more controlled ranges of motion, your body recruits more muscle fibres causing more calories and fat to be burned.
The cardio segment is exceptionally fluid and elegant — a series of graceful arm movements with low-intensity foot patterns (it’s even done barefoot). The toning is truly unique. The motions are especially precise; each muscle contraction moves the body part less than an inch. But they’re intense; every pulse is repeated 50 to 70 times (fortunately, there are lots of between-move stretches).
